* Many benefits * Competitive salary * Laptop included * Friendly people * Extremely flexible hours * Monthly events

Cons

* The fish tank room gets really cold. There are other rooms that have varying temperatures (usually warmer), so I just find myself moving from room to room.

This is a young company that really values its employees and creates an awesome work environment. The staff will quickly turn to friends. Learning is quick and you're put into situations where you hone your web skills and learn a ton through the guidance of senior developers.

Cons

This is a smaller company for now which can be a con for some, but a pro for others.

Pros

Amazing work culture. Everyone is willing to help each other. Work environment makes you feel like home. Flex hours (can even work from home if you want!). All of the essential tools and equipment are provided. Can even bring your own equipment if you want to use your own. Employee wellbeing and health is a top priority. Open to feedback to continue to grow as a unit and family.

Cons

Management can still use a bit of fine-tuning. No clear defined roles. (makes sense as it is still a fast-growing company)
