Good people, modern stack, gifts once in a while.

Cons

Working in silos, salaries are not too good considering the clients, US money, etc. Terrible internal communication. Did some really strange and uneven things. One employee can be told they can't do X but they do it for another. Did not take me seriously when wanting to switch project and many other things.
