Pros

Things are a lot more organized than when i started there. The perks and benefits are excellent and the people are really great.

Cons

Still some things that need fixing, always improvements to make. Being out of the office was definitely a knock on the culture.

Worked with great people, and nice company perks were offered.

Cons

Teams across the company are very siloed, and management is disorganized. Communication is broken - often found out about company changes in weird, roundabout ways. Because of lack of communication, I felt my role and contributions were undervalued.
