The industry is always changing Plenty to do - the shifting priorities provide for lots of learning opportunities

Cons

Complete lack of vision from top management Execs so focused on investors that they have no idea what customers really need Very rarely do they advance from within--better be content with the role you start with

Pros

Decent PTO policy and most people other than managers are good to work with. Quite a variety of products developed.

Cons

The company seems to have no clue what they are doing, They want to do medical but invest nothing in getting the correct people to do the work, instead expect line level employees to know what to do with no experience or training.

Slightly better benefits. Phone voucher, free phone bills & broadband, life insurance coverage.

Cons

I joined DiGi almost for 2 years working in IT Operations. Small team but shoulder with mountain tasks e.g. BAU, project involvements, tonnes of unnecessary meetings/change approval forum, night activities but the rewards only peanut-sized e.g. low OT claim, flat standby allowance and flat annual bonus (super hard to get outstanding rewards)
