Pros

Great brand reputation and strong product offering in the cybersecurity space. Good learning environment for sales skills, exposure to enterprise clients, and high deal values. Colleagues are generally supportive and professional.

Cons

Commission structure is heavily capped and does not fairly reward high performers. Significant revenue generation does not translate into proportional earnings. Large gap between effort/results and compensation. Limited transparency around earning potential compared to other regions.

Great product, pay is decent and great benefits.

Cons

Lots of turnover, poor leadership, lots of chaos with the 2 acquisitions, They will terminate employees with no heads up, reason or explanation.
