Unprecedented Career Growth ( in my humble opinion )
I have been here for 10 years now, I have grown and skilled up and got promoted through my hard work and efforts. I have watched many, many of my peers and colleagues grow and reach new heights too. Hard work does not go unrecognized and the people make the company. Everyone you engage with, will always be helpful and welcoming. We have international offices and moving from one country to another is something i have personally seen happen so the option is there. You get a full 30 days paid sabbatical for every 5 years you work , this is in addition to your regular annual leave. There is a focus on health, mental health and having fun. There are free programmes and committees for employees to join and be a part of and we celebrate just about all significant international holidays ( halloween , valentines ) all in style in the office with dress up competitions and prizes. We have free meals and snack boxes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, which are designated days for people to come into the office and interact with colleagues. The Canteen area has pool tables and and xbox + foos ball. There is a chill room and a prayer room, All of these things allow for a person to feel well treated and cared for in an environment that is centered around the people.
I have not even mentioned yet that the company itself has been built up to this high level by the people, so the company name comes with some Prestige as everyone puts in 100% effort when it comes to the work. Your peers are professionals, leaders in the industry and it super difficult to not learn good things from them.

I only really get to see everyone on Tuesdays and Thursdays as I am remote working currently
