      I was fortunate here to have an excellent manager, who is no longer with the company. Had a chance to work on some interesting projects with some very smart people.

      Current upper management does not seem to have a clear vision and is not prioritizing employee retention

      While I have only just joined DigiCert via acquisition, every interaction I have had with those folks at DigiCert originally has indicated the company's values.

      Cons

      My only regret is that I have but one body to put to work.

      Just the worst.

      Pros

      The company used to provide a valuable service to the industry. Now they are just drowning all their debt. Hope everyone gets out before the company goes under.

      Cons

      Management just wants to sell. The CEO was literally just brought on to sell the company or go public. The CRO just wants to bring on all the former employees from Ping to make them money and fire all the legacy employees.
