      Pros

      DigiCert is a very fun and positive place to work. Catered food, great break room, and ping pong. The people here make the culture of this place one you'd want to find yourself in everyday. They are passionate and work very hard at what they do, and the rewards show for it.

      Cons

      There is not much I could complain about at DigiCert.

      Pros

      DigiCert has a strong customer focus that starts with a high level of respect for employees. This company greatly values employees and shows it with and enormous amount of employee benefits. Fully stocked kitchen, "DigiTrips", company parties... Lots of fun mixed into our work here.

      Cons

      As the company has grown some activities we used to be able to do are no longer an option do to the sheer number of people now. Even though we are not able to do as many activities we still have a lot of fun together.

      Pros

      Amazing co-workers (that are remaining). Flexible hybrid schedule.

      Cons

      Short sighted goals. Culture was killed 3 years ago. Morphed into the typical cutthroat sales environment. Insane levels of cronyism with unfit candidates left unchecked for years. This is the beginning of the end for a once great company and culture. Now masked behind archaic corporate jargon and nonsense scheming behind the scenes. It's a sad fall from grace to witness.
