      Great Place to Work.

      Pros

      1. Good technically challenging projects. 2. Stable business as its clients are manufacturing giants and the cybersecurity sector isn't prone to rapid disruptions. 3. Tremendous scope for learning. 4. Great tech culture. 5. Good Work Live balance.

      Cons

      1. Compensation is lower than the tech giants. They don't offer stocks. It was a tradeoff for me, and I decided to take the cut in compensation for a better work-life balance.
