Dear Current Employee, Thank you for the feedback. We love hearing about the things you value working with us and that is an awesome list! Our people are what make us great. Having them become their best while doing their best work and lifting each other up makes our culture. Thank you for playing your part. We appreciate the constructive advice, and we agree that some of our internal systems are clunky. That’s why we have a concentrated OKR (Objective/Key Results) for improving operational efficiencies and our systems are an area of focus. This won’t all be done this year, but we are tackling this head on. Please continue to give your feedback to internal teams on challenges with tools/systems. On compensation: We lead with a pay-for-performance approach in this area. Dear Former Employee, Thanks for posting your feedback. With more than nine years, we were definitely doing something right to keep you as part of the team. We appreciate your comments about where we can improve with compensation. We continue to drive a pay-for-performance environment and leverage market data to inform salary increase processes and role offerings. Compensation is a hot topic, but we offer market-relative salaries in the many locations that we operate for similarly sized and similar industry organizations.
