This is a high-performance environment where expectations are elevated and the pace is fast. Those who succeed here are driven, results-oriented, and motivated by solving complex challenges. For high achievers, it offers a highly rewarding opportunity to grow and make an impact.

The expectations are high, with a strong emphasis on performance and results. At times, this can require long hours and sustained effort. As a result, DigiCert may not be the right fit for everyone, particularly those seeking a more balanced or less demanding environment.

Pros

Easy job with minimal skill required

Cons

Management from the EVP to the global director is broken. I've worked in a lot of industries, but the inappropriate comments that have come from these gentlemen is disgusting. Reporting these comments led nowhere but confrontational meetings with the person you're reporting. Co-workers are unmotivated and we all do just enough so we don't t get fired. There is 0 motivation to work harder. Every year we got to an all hand meeting to hear how we had the most profitable year on history.... quickly followed by hearing what benefit we can no longer afford.

Pros

I guess the name of the company still carries some weight for now and can help others out with future endeavors.

Cons

Lack of any ethical oversight, shady business dealings, greedy management and ownership unwilling to pay fairly or give fair raises even after multiple internal reviews. Maybe the broader public should ask companies like DigiCert and entities like the CA/B forum why there are absolutely zero whistleblower protections in an industry built on the concept of protecting the publics privacy through the trust of CA's.
