Pros

- In some units the culture is great and there is a lot of sharing in knowledge and information - People and the management are nice and its great to work here - You can expect a career growth to some extend.

Cons

- Payment isn't competive the raises are done in a shared matter so no big raises at one point. This is also problematic if you are a grinder. You also cant affect you pay as it is fixed.

Very professional and talented co-workers

Cons

Hard to change roles internally. Bare minimum pay raise. Not much in the additional benefits than legally required. Not much leisure/team building/ networking events/activities.
