You get to work with experienced people in meaningful projects. Wide range of capabilities so there is the possibility to experience many different solutions and technologies.

Cons

Leadership system is very much result oriented and higher ups are no where to be seen. Which is good at times but maybe not always the best way to lead.

Pros

Stable employer. Not too big or small. Not too hiearchical like really big companies but neither as unstable as small companies. Still somewhat agile while having size too that matters.

Cons

Offices are not very good(in Helsinki). Overall not much beside salary is put towards adding employees satisfaction. Project management is not always good enough and not enough is made to do it better. Manager quality and competence varies too much.
