Pros

Small, but big enough No corporate BS Great people Very good opportunities for learning new things and grow

Cons

Service business is service business - not a product development company (if you're looking for one). The daily work is all about the customers, and that can be a bit hard occasionally.

Pros

Open culture, flexible, nice co-workers, latest tools, cares about employees, good salaries, good mixture of projects and services on variable security and technology levels, several sites around Finland, a lot of freely organised free time activities and clubs

Cons

already moving towards a big company, some people see it as a con that Digia is strongly Finland based and domestic
