Pros

Digia's company values are something that I can live by: Learning (every Digia employee is a Senior Trainee), Sharing (Together we know more), Courage (It will not sting that bad) and Professional Pride (I stand by my work). Based on four years as a Digian, I can be proud of my work place and be sure that I can live by these values in my everyday work. During my career, I have been able to define my career path quite freely, and I have always been encouraged to learn new things and take on professional challenges. The best thing is, that I have always been backed up by a great team of colleagues. IT business is a team effort!

Cons

I would love to increase in-depth collaboration between Digia business units.
