Pros

You may discuss openly, arrange your work time and drive towards your interests. Good customers, which makes work content top level/challenging.

Cons

Quality focus and much tech guys inside makes things bit bureaucratic/detail focused. This can be seen also in sales portfolio. If you're business-focused person you may find yourself bit lonely.

Pros

Great colleagues and team, flexible working hours, manager who gives free hands to develop your own work, nice freetime activities, culture is developing in to a good direction!

Cons

Digia is a big company and we have many teams and business units, in my own team I think that there are many possibilites to develop and influence on things and own work, no micromanagement. But I have heard that things are not that great in all of our teams.
