Pros

challenging projects to new comers also (if lucky). Hires a lot of unexperienced people and sells them to customers as fully compentent experts. So a pretty good place to learn (and learn fast).

Cons

low salary and no career advancement

Pros

- Few incredibly talented individuals - Plenty of career choices - Good work benefits - Good work-life balance

Cons

- Completely clueless top management, especially CEO who has no clue what IT business is - Company just cannot adapt to constant change which is typical in IT business. Reason to this is mainly incompetent management team

Pros

- Interesting projects - Great work mates (No thanks to Digia though) - Hires recent graduates so it's a good job to start your career and quickly move out

Cons

- Body shop mentality - Salary well below what competitors pay. No proper raises even when working for years in more demanding roles than what I was hired to do with constant positive customer feedback.
