Pros
The listed company is a large employer, and legal obligations are complied with. Career opportunities are good and there are plenty of options for advancement. Teleworking is commonplace. Good insurance policy. Flexitime - The balance between work and leisure is good. Solvent company and industry. Occupational health care excellent, annual dental care benefit is a nice addition.
Cons
Salary does not rise easily, the increase is infrequent and moderate and there is not much room for negotiation. Normal problems for a big company and industry: big teams and a busy everyday life. The potential for staff influence is more apparent than real.

Team spirit: great colleagues Personnel benefits: multiple Work culture: very active Possibility to change position within the company.
Cons
Impossible to get to know everyone, too big company for that. No bonus system and hard to negotiate changes in salary. Silos between business units. Top management feels distant. Middle management is too busy with customer projects, and doesn't have not enough time or energy for people management. New employees are not looked after by management but are left alone to survive or into hands of other colleagues.
