the Job has been a good first I.T. Job experience. there is really a family atmosphere with co-workers. The continuing education is available and offered online from Digicon which works around everyone's busy schedule.

Cons

Head quarters office seems disconnected from the rest of the off site employees. All hands meeting are not designed to have maximum participation from off site works.
