Pros

It is really hard to come up with any Pros for Digicon. Good Pay and Good Benefits come to mind, but when weighed against the constant uncertainty of your position at Digicon, can that really be considered a Pro?

Cons

No Team Environment. There is absolutely No Room at all for advancement. The Management at Digicon really is Not qualified. I am serious they are really not qualified. From the management running the company, to the management running the contracts, Very Poor. The IT training portal they are using is old and outdated. You can get better material on YouTube.

Nothing is good. They have the lowest class of management and most of them are elementary school level

Cons

They screw their employees by letting them believe the own the company and then use them. The stocks only favors management and the raises are awful!!

The company has been around since the 1980s. The company has a large NIH presence. The company's salary and benefits were very good. The company is employee-owned.

Cons

The company has ineffective Vice Presidents, Directors, and other executives. Corporate resource just do the basic that is asked of them, if that.
