Pros

Downtown. Wear whatever. Impossible to get fired.

Cons

Incredibly toxic work place. Zero growth opportunity. Owners openly shame employees, talk about others behind their backs, and a lot of blaming. There is zero trust, therefore serious micromanagement happening.

Pros

I am in management and I have to say I love this company and the people who work here. I feel very lucky to have wonderful people in my department who are fantastic to work with and passionate about what they do. We serve clients who are making a difference each day, are innovators in the field, and are equally wonderful to work with. It's rewarding to know what we do matters.

Cons

There is always room to learn and improve. In my group, for example, we have focused on improving our training, and so far the feedback has been very positive. Also we are seeking ways to further empower employees; now each year we ask everyone on the team to bring forward an idea to improve the company, team or product, and make time for them to implement this suggestion. Another example is replacing the proprietary CMS with WordPress over a year ago, as well as adopting leading application server, cloud and mobile technologies. We strive for continuous improvement and the team is a key part of that process.

Pros

this is the best place to work! It is my first office job and I love it. People I work with are very cool, always helpful To me and friendly and easy to get along with. I am learning so much. I still have more to learn, but my new manager is helping me figure that part out. If you are a nice person then I would recommend you work here!

Cons

I am not a morning person and I have to be at work at 9am. I guess I shouldn't complain though because my last job I had to be at work by 8am, and it was really far north.
