Cons
The 5 star reviews here are complete fiction. Read them closely, they're marketing speak. The truth is that it's a small company so many of the survivors of the owners' abuses know each other. If things don't go the owners' way, they will attempt to sue you. Or if they feel threatened, they will do everything they can to intimidate you personally and professionally. They do not allow you to compliment other employees, take ownership of projects, or offer feedback on any practice at the company. The owners have done absolutely despicable, amoral, and arguably illegal things to employees. As long as they are involved in the company, it will be a dangerous place to work. Additionally, they make you write emails to clients using emojis. Shudder.
