Pros

I like how considerate and thoughtful the company is. They provide ample opportunity to share your concerns and care about your opinions. Even with the limited interaction I've had with the management due to the pandemic, I'm very impressed at how well they extend their support.

Cons

This would probably be a hard thing to achieve for most companies, but I'm not sure how every initiative gets tracked. I hear a lot of great ideas and action items associated with those discussions - but it seems hard to keep up with the ideas given project priorities.

Truly enjoyed participating with my fellow employees at our annual re:CONNECT event. It was great to host this incredible event in-person and at our new HQ!! Events like this is what makes Digital Infuzion a great place to work. Thanks for making the day such a great learning experience and fun!!

Cons

Just wished more people were able to attend in person. Can't wait until next year.
