Pros

During the past year, Digital Infuzion has shown amazing compassion for it's employees and staff. The pandemic has been very difficult for so many people, but Digital Infuzion has figured out ways to carry on and thrive in our current 100% teleworking environment. Digital Infuzion was very quick to move virtual and continuously communicates and shares updates with all employees. We all feel very engaged in what's going on and feel that Digital Infuzion is looking out for our well being. Very proud to work for an organization that leads by such a powerful example.

Cons

We have really good on the job learning, but would love to see more opportunities for ad hoc type learning.

The feel is a family environment. The majority of the people make it a very nice place to work. Beautiful and clean work environment.

Hard to get promoted. The work life balance is not good.
