I joined DIFZ in March 2020 (right when the pandemic started) and was anxious about how my new employer was going to turn out. I was beyond surprised to be treated with the utmost warmth, support, and compassion throughout the pandemic. We were all given options to set up our home office using company equipment, all decisions were made by taking company-wide polls so everyone's voices were heard, they offered us wellness sessions (mental health lunch & learn, physical fitness company challenges, etc), and the figurative doors were always open.

Cons

The only con for me (personally) is that the HQ is in Gaithersburg, MD so it takes me a while to drive there whenever I want to since I live in VA.

Pros

During the past year, Digital Infuzion has shown amazing compassion for it's employees and staff. The pandemic has been very difficult for so many people, but Digital Infuzion has figured out ways to carry on and thrive in our current 100% teleworking environment. Digital Infuzion was very quick to move virtual and continuously communicates and shares updates with all employees. We all feel very engaged in what's going on and feel that Digital Infuzion is looking out for our well being. Very proud to work for an organization that leads by such a powerful example.

Cons

We have really good on the job learning, but would love to see more opportunities for ad hoc type learning.
