      Pros

      They are always looking to expand and improve the business and their capabilities. They have made me feel welcomed and have been very helpful while starting this new job remote and going through virtual training. I also appreciate that they are understanding when it comes to working from home and they are very communicative regarding their return to the office plan towards the end of the year.

      Cons

      So far none because the training has been great, my team is very helpful, and I'm very confident in the direction of the company as a whole.
