      Growing and dynamic business; major player in the industry; processes streamlined over the past year; generally good people

      Cons

      Too much cost cutting at property level in past few years whereas significant amount of corporate overhead added; need to get rid of dead weight; systems are poor

      Pros

      I enjoy the environment and the fact with them continuously expanding it keeps things from getting boring.

      Cons

      So far there really have not been a lot. Some of the systems we use CMMS and new technology in place with new new builds sometimes does not have all the kinks out of it before deployment.

      Pros

      The company invests in people. The leadership team listen and act upon results from employee and customer surveys. High value talent recognition is a company priority. Company growth trajectory is very healthy, providing opportunities within the organization. The company culture and core values are demonstrated at all levels of the organization.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con depending upon your perspective however with that said, it is a fast paced work environment at Digital Realty. I personally love this, but it is not for everyone.
