      Pros

      I can’t say enough positive things about Digital Realty. The benefits are amazing and the pay is great. The local management team is always looking for innovative ways to enhance the working experience.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities are too few.

      Pros

      -Great position in the market if we can fix some things -Good benefits -12 weeks paternity leave! -Ability to work from home as needed -Vast majority of people work hard and believe in the business

      Cons

      -Exec team is often not in tune with the average worker -We've made some bad c-level hires over the past couple years and we're staying dealing with the repercussions -Severally limited budgets the past two years has been a drag on the culture -A real estate company trying to be a technology company means a lot of important people in the business don't understand the strategic direction of the company
