Business Outlook
Pros
I left a consulting firm to work for Digital Realty b/c I believed in the people and products. I have connected with nearly every department and really enjoy the different facets of the company and the employees are always trying to do the right thing.
Cons
Everyone is busy in their own work / activities that it is sometime hard to get time to connect, ask questions, resolve issues. Its a good thing b/c people are busy , but bad because there are dependencies are people's time to help you out in certain areas.
