      Pros

      Digital Realty is a great place to expand your knowledge of the communication world. I have expanded my knowledge and moved up in the ranks just from my on the job training (along with training courses and certification's provided through Digital Realty).

      Cons

      Digital Realty provides theirs customers with quality services. If you are not up to the challenge it is a full time job constantly learning and making sure the customer is 100 percent satisfied.
