      Pros

      Company has grown quite a bit over the few years that I've been here. This means room for professional growth if you have managers that are willing to fight for you.

      Cons

      CEO and HR are doing lots to improve company culture which was negatively impacted after the acquisition but work is still needed. Sometimes politics seems more prized than people bug again, I think they really are working on that.

      Very pleasant working environment. The associates have an excellent commradre and the atmosphere is very active. Management is very helpful and professional

      I believe it it is too soon to determine any significant cons at this time being that I hae only been with the company for a few days.
