If a new manager doesn’t want to work with a pre existing employee, offer a severance package, don’t make up problems that don’t exist. Benefits are marginal, there is a $3,000 deductible on health insurance. Management looks for scapegoats on which to lay all of their mistakes on. Management doesn’t own mistakes. Top down management style that costs customers money. Management would rather over charge a customer than self correct.
