Such a waste. The toxic, top level exec team cannot seem to keep it together long enough to build an idea or make a culture shift. They’ve lost many employees to competitors, and now they are trying to maintain people with stock and unwarranted promitions. They are desperate, and yet still so complacent. It will take continued loss in sales before someone on the board finally realizes that acquisition alone will not solve the internal issues this company has. A slow, dying beast.

Executive team is largely disconnected with the work force; many executives (including HR) are fearful to step up to make the hard decisions. Company is financially strong, however it operates pretty as a startup; antiquated procedures, outdated and disarrayed. Leaders lacking the backbone to stand up and defend their team - lacking integrity.
