      Great people, exciting changes are taking place within the company being driven by some very innovative people in the right positions. I am looking forward to being a part of that.

      Pros

      They pay well, good benefits, internal opportunities are present if you know where to find them and how to get them. Titles are very generous. It's a great stepping stone, great way to pad a resume.

      Cons

      They hire external contractors to fill every gap imaginable. If you want a promotion based purely on merit, you better be very patient (5-7 years++). Management is very stingy with authority. Responsibilities can vary substantially over short periods of time, and you're expected to stay ahead of the curve without any training.
