      Pros

      Good salary. Decent offices and work environments. Expansion and profitability of business means that there is good cash flow to compensate employees, though many leave to better cultured organisations.

      Cons

      Toxic political culture. Huge back stabbing and showmanship. Little room for individuality. Very clique oriented. Organisation moving from a real estate to a technology solutions company.

      interview process was smooth sailing. called me back and moved me through easy. i also liked working directly with the company HR, not an outside recruiter or agency. once working there everyone was welcoming, friendly, and people like to get to know each other. very flexible and i love the hands off approach. management was not needy, understood that i am an adult. did not micromanage like in previous telecom

      People who feel like you are a threat because of your talent. Health Insurance (Medical) has gotten worst, Rotations every 2 months.
