      Pros

      Pros- generally a great company to work for. People are friendly and helpful, instructions are computer based and generally helpful to perform my job.

      Cons

      Cons-digital is a Property Management company and has several locations to work through out the world....ideal if you are willing to move, not so much if they decide to sell your building and there is no others in your area.

      Very entrepreneurial, well capitalized, C-level exec know what they are doing. Strong financial management and very high potential as a company

      Pros

      Stable company. Not much more than that.

      Cons

      Local management is VERY disconnected and provides 0 direction. Regional leaders fail to recognize signs of dissatisfaction among staff and don't acknowledge that the high turnover and low morale are systematic of poor leadership.
