      Pros

      Digital is the Global Leader in one of the World's most exciting high growth industries (Data Centres). It can provide Global opportunities and is an exciting employer who is fair and engaging to it's employees.

      Cons

      Like all large organisations, Politics can sometimes get in the way. However huge strides have been made to bring this to a minimum by senior management.

      Pros

      Growing company with lots of potential. I have and continue to have some great opportunities during my time with Digital. Looking forward to what the future holds. Change doesn't happen overnight, but we are moving in the right direction.

      Cons

      Integrating acquired businesses remains a work in progress (which it always is at any organization)...We are starting to appreciate both the importance of process, but the need to be nimble as well (this isn't really a con).
