      Good Salary and Managers are very nice and supportive

      Cons

      Long working shifts including weekends. Quite a number of tasks on different systems with different processes based on location so can be very hard to grasp when first starting

      Roles not clearly defined Salaries are a disaster and likely based on who you report to, I'd guess there is not much parity. I believe they do not compete well in the market and have removed all salary data from the internet.
