      Just...everything. if you're looking for a slave trader to tell you one thing and do another then this is the place for you! Family first? Corporate propaganda says NO. Reality? Ask the kids of former employees about that work life balance family first Corporate mask. You don't matter. 16,17,18 hours a day and still not enough to the point that E level management is pushing for more. Your mom died? Too bad, it's quarter end. Grieve on your own time. Covid? You're clearly a snowflake to be eliminated. Vacation? Don't expect anyone to cover you. All 3,000 emails and problems will be waiting for you when you get back from your sabbatical. But who wants more than a 5 day vacay anyway? It's a dead end job with no potential for growth or change that will destroy your will to live.

      You get paid on time is probably the only good thing there

      Cons

      Leadership has been there for 20+ years company is going down the pan. Salary’s aren’t inline with the current market. Systems are old and doesn’t work they need to have things on one place not everywhere so much more to say
