Little attention or priority is given to any employees below director level. Promotions are most often given to VPs or above, never to the worker bees. Company is very top heavy with lots of upper management to dole out tasks, but not enough lower level employees to take on all the work. Hours are long and merit raises are minimal. Health insurance plan is atrocious and very expensive. Work life balance is abismal.

The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. there is a clear disconnect between Management and Services.
