Pros

Supportive leadership, no micro-management. focused on customer success and satisfaction. The mutual feeling here in DLR is that we make things happen and we help the customer be successful. DLR is very flexible with employees and that is one of the reasons it is a great company to work for.

Can't really think of any cons at this time.
