      Pros

      Amazing people. Fantastic market positioning, and we've only scratched the surface of what we can do in the marketplace for our customers and our investors.

      Cons

      This is a small organization in terms of the number of employees for the size of market cap of the company. This leads to the need to work hard. Very hard. That's as close to a con as I can come.

      Toxic environment with poor pay and limited PTO control

      Pros

      Medical and other Insurance Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO Concept is just cheating people and put more control with the supervisor. People have to take time off at the mercy of the supervisor. The salary is not as per market rate. Also the work environment is very toxic and there is no professionalism. I don't recommend it to anyone.
