2yThank you for your honest feedback. Using insights like these, we’ve made improvements to both our professional development offerings and our DEI charters and mission.
In 2023, we launched Grow@Digital, a robust and customizable development roadmap for colleagues looking to advance both within the company and in their individual careers. Digital Realty has also recently restructured our internal DEI framework to approach the breadth of our five employee resources groups (ERGs) more holistically while also giving them a bigger spotlight within our company. In turn, this has allowed us to engage and connect with a larger number of employees and more frequently celebrate the many dimensions of diversity that make us one global team.
We will continue our work in both of these areas and will use insights like these to improve and further foster inclusion and an equitable workplace.
