Thank you for your honest feedback. Since launching our Core Values (Customer Focus, Teamwork, Results-driven) and Company Narrative at the beginning of 2023, Digital Realty has made a concerted effort, with the help of both our Marketing and Employee Communications teams, to not only spread the word of our company culture, but to also embody it in everything we do. In our yearly employee sentiment survey, we found that our colleagues overwhelmingly see and experience our Core Values daily, and we are on a mission to continue with those leading principles wherever and however we do business. Additionally, we have been listening to employee sentiment around integrating more of our systems and have made it a corporate goal to continue to collaborate, connect and simplify our systems to provide a better experience to our customers and colleagues globally. We will continue to listen to employee feedback and taking the necessary steps to improve in areas where we know we can provide a better, more optimal experience and create a larger rate of employee retention and growth.
