      - Best work environment with good collaboration between different areas and supportive colleagues. - Fast paced growing company, with comprehensive opportunities to develop a career and take on new challenges. - Great know how in the DC industry to overcome the goals - People centric oriented company. Employees wellbeing and work/life balance is really important to boost the productivity and innovation, empowering collaborators to achieve their goals and increase customer satisfaction.

      Cons

      - As fast paced growing organization with new companies acquisitions, lot of process are not mature or consolidated and tools are missing or under construction. - Compensation package could be better (More noticeable in some specific EMEA countries)
