      Each Site is different, some are awful, some are great.

      Pros

      Great entry pay, excellent benefits, good introduction into the data center world

      Cons

      Pay gets worse as you get higher up in the company. HR is not responsive to multiple complaints about the same individual. Some sites are excellent, some will have you looking for a new job in a year - entirely depending on site management

      Pros

      Great culture. I had great coworkers. Decent bonus. My workload was not heavy except closing for month end and quarter end

      Cons

      Nothing for me. I am the type who would love more challenges in the work that I am doing every day. But this job was not.
