      Still a very good place to work

      Pros

      Culture is almost unmatched, work felt like home. Almost every building was properly staffed, work was very relaxed when I was there. Professional environment most times, most people would go out of their way to lend a hand. Promotional process is straight forward and could be quick based on situation. 4-10’s and having 3 shifts are great.

      Cons

      Politics like crazy, The buildings hated each other due to different practices and people. Every building had different styles of management making it hard to clash engineers together on OT.

      Pros

      Big company with well maintained offices. People are nice and easy to approach. There is a lot of available benefits and the company really cares about your wellbeing.

      Cons

      We all have different criteria when judging something, but to me, there is no cons so far.

      1. You get to work with some fantastic people with a lot of knowledge and experience. 98% of the people are willing to share that knowledge with you. 2. Solid Benefits 3. The company is growing rapidly, and with that there are a lot of opportunities.

      Cons

      1. Sometimes leadership can be too reactionary which leads to a lot of fire drills, and chaos. 2. The company loves to take it's time backfilling positions. 3. Work-life balance could be improved.
