      * Excellent bonus for manager level and up * Unlimited PTO * Generally nice teammates * Casual dress code * Free snacks in the office * Comprehensive albeit expensive health benefits

      Cons

      * No Diversity At Executive Level * Lots of Red Tape causes company to move at a glacial pace * Stressful when Collaborating Cross Functionally * Inorganic growth leads to inability to scale systems and processes * Not customer centric, employees put their own interests ahead of customer satisfaction which leads to lower NPS * Many employees are there just to collect a check, do not contribute to moving the needle * Limited career advancement opportunities. A majority of employees hold the same title for 4+ years at a time * Understaffed data centers result in excessive lead times for customer tickets to be resolved and result in numerous yellow and red events occurring
