The raises are horrible without a promotion. In order to get a good review you need a million dollar idea (they literally tell you that). Why would I give up a million dollar idea for a $1 or 2 an hour... Limited ability to move around in the company to other positions You can come up with a multi page document of when you go above and beyond and they say "oh that's just doing your job" when it's technically not.

Used to working for smaller companies; bigger companies tend to have a lot of overhead.
