Unbelievable Tech, Managed Unbelievably

Pros

Groundbreaking technology that had potential to revolutionize security; most of the people are good people mid-level and down; good benefits and decent salary

Cons

The CFO left months ago after the first round of lay-offs and now the company just let go a substantial part of the workforce. These are not good indicators of success. The CEO is never there, which is bad, and makes questionable decisions when he is present, which is worse. Management tell the employees that big sales are coming but they never do. Toxic environment unless you have a good manager isolating you from all of the madness. Most of the team that apparently invented the technology isn't even at the company anymore.

Pros

Great ideas, some great people, technology is leading edge for now, benefits are decent.

Cons

As many have said; upper management is terrible, if you are not part of the "click" you are gone. Stay away from the operations group, unless you want to go back to your graduate days.......if you are a graduate then endure the pain it will teach you what not to do with your employees.

Pros

- Cutting edge technology used to build products and services that have the potential to change the world - Good balance between creative and technical work - Excellent opportunities for employee growth (as long as you voice your career goals the company will work with you in helping you attain them) - Extremely intelligent employees throughout the entire company - Outstanding benefits, the best benefits I have ever had both from a cost perspective and quality of plans - Free Friday lunches - Fun employee events, some are even family friendly - Small company, family like feel where employees are valued

Cons

DSC is growing fast so people who don't enjoy an environment that changes and shifts with business demands may need to adjust
